The following are photos that show some of my work "up-close"...

This is a cake done in buttercreme icing, showing in detail some heavier stringwork and my roses.
This one is ivory buttercreme showing some intricate borders, sidework and stringwork along the bottom border.
White buttercreme showing lacework.

This was a cake that I did for the city of Deltona for their tenth anniversary celebration. The foil covered board that you see it on measured 2foot x 3foot. It is two full sheet cakes placed side by side on the bottom and a full sheet stacked on top. (all of them were three layers of cake) Enough to serve 360. Twenty additional full sheet cakes went along for this order as they needed to serve 2000 people.

Your work shows patience, attention to detail and, the most important quality of all--love of what you do!

    My respects!

  2. Thank you so much Marge!

I had forgotten that I even had this page open! I put it up for a potential employer that wanted to see photos but wouldn't accept them via email.
